Porthmeor Beach, St Ives, Cornwall, TR26 1TG

This major retrospective celebrates the life and work of Wilhelmina Barns-Graham (1912–2004), bringing together paintings, drawings and prints from across her eight-decade career.

The exhibition traces the development of Barns-Graham’s practice from her early years in St Ives, where she became associated with a pioneering generation of modern British artists, through to the vibrant abstract works of her later career.
