In May 2021, Tracing Movement Reboot, a dance initiative set up by Stuart Winter and supported by the Jerwood Foundation was hosted at Jerwood Space. Over 160 freelance dancers attended the programe and included performers from Frozen, Mary Poppins, Mama Mia, The Lion King, Haispray and many more West End and national shows.
Four of the dancers who attended Reboot (Shoko Ito, Harry Prince, Barnaby Quarendon and Taela Yeomans-Brown) were also filmed for the short dance film Resilience, directed and choreographed by Stuart Winter.
The film which can be viewed here has given artists the opportunity to reconnect with their physical voices and develop creatively.
