Jerwood Collection Loan: Cedric Morris’s Blackbird and Flowers at V&A Dundee

Garden Futures: Designing with Nature at V&A Dundee, until 25 January 2026, includes Blackbird and Flowers (1952) by Cedric Morris (1889-1981) on loan from Jerwood Collection. Cedric Morris is celebrated for his vibrant botanical paintings and pioneering art school at Benton End, brings a unique vision to the show as Blackbird and Flowers blends his signature floral motifs with a lyrical natural presence, offering viewers a richly textured reflection on the interplay between nature and art.
